Had a blast at the F.O.D over the weekend.

I had a knee operation a couple of years ago so haven’t been able to do sick back flips, the knee is at 120% now. I almost forgot how wicked mountain biking can be.

Couple of good things that happened.

1. Did some sweet jumping
2. Made a friend
